Real Estate in Cyprus
The last few years have seen an increase of
interest in Cyprus real estate by foreign markets.
The main trigger for this boom in
prices, supply and demand has been Cyprus' recent accession to the
European Union—four years ago.
I will soon be adding useful information on
investing in Cyprus and will also be posting links to useful
websites on investing in Cyprus as well as links to newsletters
which have regular updates on the subject of investment
opportunities in Cyprus. My
Involvement
As I have already mentioned, I have a full time job and I have quite a few private
students of English, Hebrew and bouzouki that I teach, not to mention rehearsing and performing
as a singer and bouzouki player.
I have been interested in
the Cyprus real estate market for the last couple of years, and I
worked for a local company for seven months until I realized that I
wanted to focus on the things that I really love and enjoy, which
are music, education and creative activities.
I will not be as actively
involved in your purchase as I would like to be due to my busy
schedule; however, I will put you in touch with professionals,
bankers, lawyers, accountants, developers and licensed real estate
agents who are able to help and advise you on making your choice of
investment.

Making the right choice involves understanding
your options concerning: location, re-sell or off-plan property, making the
right choice regarding loans, advice on renting or re-selling your
property and more. I will also be able to advise you on the above,
and will also be able to advise you on putting together a simple
business plan to calculate your profit margin on land-for-development investments.
